Post Name: Customer Service Officer
You will deliver quality customer service and act as the interface between station and train operations. You will render assistance independently where necessary and ensure the safety and security of passengers, dealing with emergencies calmly and effectively. You will also work on board trains and drive trains when required.
Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC (Engineering) / GCE ‘O’ Level with 5 credits including a Pass in English
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the service industry preferred
• Good interpersonal skills with a passion to work with people

Applicants ought to be able to identify colours and perform rotating shifts, as well as work on weekends and public holidays.
