Post Name:- Assistant Technical Advisor

This role requires a technical individual with strong couture garment construction techniques, experienced in high end fabric and luxury brands and extensive knowledge across women’s wear garments.

Key duties and Responsibilities include:

•  Working closely with samples and production team to ensure the intended design is accurate and translated to the suppliers.
• Ensuring workmanship is consistently being achieved and is meeting the brand standards and expectations.
• Attending to technical issues in the production lines when required.
• Inspecting samples thoroughly and provides suggestions on any potential style and fit issues.
• Providing support to Floor Manager and Assistant Production Manager as well as supervisor to prepare the pre- production sample.
• Solving pattern issues with Cad Operator.

Requirements for the role:-

•  Extensive experience with high end European Fabrics, Premium labels and couture garment construction techniques.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications, pattern constructions, design, technology and the production process.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
