Scope Global is an Australian Government Initiative. The Government of Tuvalu is seeking two Technical Advisers to play key capacity building roles in the delivery of their national development plan (Te Kakeega III).

• Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF)
• 24 month roles commencing December 2018
• Based in Funafuti, Tuvalu

Post Name:- Public Financial Management (PFM) Adviser Treasury (ARF C4)
Enhance PFM through implementing reforms under the PFM Roadmap 2017-2021. Utilize technology solutions to improve the Treasury department’s processes. Build capacity of staff to enable them to manage public funds effectively and be able to deliver accurate financial reporting.

Post Name:– Performance Audit Adviser (ARF A3)
Establish the Performance Audit division within the Office of the Auditor General and develop and implement a performance audit program to review management issues, ensuring effectiveness, value for money and efficiency within government reporting.
