Who are:

• Able to be flexible and multitask on different jobs outside of job scope to gain more working experience
• Willingness to learn
• Able to be creative in looking for solutions and not shy to speak out in order to learn.
• Preferably minimum diploma holders and above with a few years of experience.

Job Scope:

• Network and meet up with suppliers & clients to get competitive pricing and build long term relationship.
• Sourcing and networking with logistic companies for competitive quotes.
• To submit and compile quotation and keying the data into the system.
• To liaise with new and existing supplier for any new items to be purchased and the suitability of the items in order to achieve lower pricing, quality and delivery.
• Comparing price, material quality and payment terms in accordance with budget and economic factors.
• Liaise with suppliers on material, delivery, credit terms in accordance with budget and economic factors.
• Ensure all material delivered are in compliance to purchase orders
• Matching Invoice with Delivery Order and Purchase Order and Materials Received Listing to ensure material, quantity supplied and unit price are correct.
• Compile results of market survey to ensure that prices for repeated products are competitive.
• Issue purchase order after comparing prices, quantity and delivery aspect of all projects.

Salary Range:

Between RM 1,800 and RM 2,200
