Post Name: Financial Controller

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Professional Degree, Master’s Degree Finance/ Accountancy/Banking and equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ of working experience related to Financial Controller’s role
• Preferably a chartered accountant and/or possess Professional Qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ICAEW/MICPA)
• Requires high attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and ability to process large amounts of data and information accurately.
• Able to communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders within the Company.

Job Descriptions

• Identify the key business initiatives, key result areas and key performance indicators.
• Analyze profitability trends and provide comments on growth and results, as well as financial strengths and weaknesses versus market performance and trends.
• Perform detailed analysis on budget components to identify deviation from the planned budget and review the results with the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor and review cash flow projection and planning on monthly basis for Group.

Post Name: Accountants / Account Executives

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Account/Finance. Preference will be given to holders of Master’s Degree in Management Accounts.
• Preferably candidates with CIA, CFE, CRMA or CMA qualification or higher.
• Requires high attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and ability to process large amounts of data and information accurately.
• Able to develop/improve accounting standard which will assist in continuous improvements of the management development.

Job Descriptions

• Provide accurate and timely accounting information to aid in budgeting, planning and business decision making.
• Organize and arrange workflow of accounts department.
• Provide continuous, constructive and value-adding improvements to Accounts Department and ultimately improve company operations to enhance business growth.

Post Name: Sales Representatives

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required; Experience in automotive and tyre industry is an advantage.
• Independent, result oriented and possess drive to achieve sales target.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English; other dialects is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and/or services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
• Develop new business/customers are support marketing programs
• Meet established sales goals.
