Architect, Supervisor Job Vacancies at Sin Siang Hai Enterprise Sdn. Bhd Malaysia

Position 1: Architect (1 Post)
Duties:

• Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site
• Consult with other professionals about design
• Assess the needs of the building and its users, advising the client on the practicality of their project
• Prepare and present feasibly reports and design proposals to the client
• Use IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software and produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications
• Specify the nature and quality of materials required
• Prepare tender applications and presentations

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architect or related field.

Experience: 3 years working experience in related field

Salary: RM 4,100 per month

Position 2: Supervisor (1 Post)
Duties:

• Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Assessing and managing safety hazards.
• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
• Carrying out regular inspections and helping project managers to planthe work programme.
• Completing records for site reports.
• Supervising onsite installation

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Experience: 3 years working experience in related field

Salary: RM 3,000 per month
