Singapore Press Holdings seeking for Customer Service and System Support Officers

Post Name: Customer Service Officers (Call Centre) (Based At Sph Media Centre, 82 Genting Lane)
The Job:

• Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
• Handle email correspondences
• Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions
• Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects
  Requirements:

• Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment
• Passion for customer service
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
• Good IT skills and tech sawy
  Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on week days during subscription drive
• Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)

Post Name: System Support Officer/ System Support Executive (Based At Sph Media Centre, 82 Genting Lane)
The Job:

• Involve in system maintenance, set-up and testing
• Assist in daily operations of the IT systems
• Coordinate system change requests, including gathering and documenting user requirements
• Conduct user acceptance test
• Train users and develop user procedure manuals
• Assist in the smooth implementation of projects
  Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Strong analytical skill
• Good command of English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced-environment
• Able to work in a team.
