Responsibilities
Providing full administrative support:

• Manage clients’ data base
• Diary and email management
• Scheduling, organizing and coordinating meetings and events
• Drafting correspondence and emails
• Preparation of papers for meetings
• To advise of impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments, eg. Reports, presentation, conferences, projects
• Setting up conference calls
• Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors
• Invoice and expenses management
• Update website
• Prepare payroll, book keeping and filing

Requirement

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Well organizes, with excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
