The Job of Engineering Assistant
To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of state-of-the-art equipment up to components level, and any other operational duties as assigned.

Engineering Assistant Requirements

• At least a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent preferred
• Good knowledge of general maintenance of testing tools and instruments
• Good computer skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts
• Must be physically fit and a willingness to work overtime
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Company transport will be provided from Clementi and Jurong East MRT stations to and from the plant.

The Job of Executive
As an Operations executive, Circulation, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily business operations and ensure the efficiency of the processes and systems, analyze performance and bring recommendations for business improvements.
The incumbent will manage a team of representatives for sales, service, distribution and collections in assigned geographic districts. Your team will be responsible for coordinating newsvendors and their workers’ activities to provide seamless newspaper delivery. This includes troubleshooting problems to overcome obstacles that adversely affect on-time letterbox and doorstep deliveries.
Your team will carry out the various operational functions like market surveys, subscription and single-copy sales activities of the various sales channels like newsstands, retail chains and news vending machines.
Additionally, you will be required to oversee the debt management and renewal of collaterals of the accounts under your charge.

Executive Requirements

• A University Degree in any field from a recognized university
• Sound proficiency in MS Office suite and G-suite
• Applicants with minimal work experience, but possess strong extra-curricular and internship records are welcome to apply
• Strong time management skills. Able to set priorities and give attention to detail

The Job of Technician / Senior Technician

• Check and fix mechanical and electrical installations in large office buildings
• Carry out routine and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance in the buildings
• Carry out maintenance and repairs to building fabrics and troubleshoot plumbing / sanitary services
• Supervise contractors for repair and maintenance works
• Respond and attend to tenant / user requests
• Familiar with Building Automation System

Technician / Senior Technician Requirements

• NTC 3 or NTC in Mechanical or Electrical Fittings and Installations
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical services
• Must be prepared to work 3 shifts, including Public Holidays
