Job Opportunity for Customer Experience Officer Contact Centre at SPH Singapore

We seek suitably qualified candidates who are keen to pursue a career in contact center customer service to join our Customer Experience Team.

The Job

  • Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
  • Guide subscribers on digital publications
  • Handle email correspondences
  • Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions
  • Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Passion for customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilient

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on weekdays during subscription drive.
  • Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm
    (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)
