Post Name: Customer Service Officers (Contact Centre)

The Job:

Attend to phone-in enquiries and Feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues, Guide subscribers on digital publications, Handle email correspondences, Manage customer relationship through effective follow up and appropriate resolutions, Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

1.  Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment
2. Passion for customer service
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Able to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers
5. Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
6. Good IT skills
7. Tech sawy, creative thinking and resilient

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on week days during subscription drive.
• Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)
