Post Name: Senior Security Officer / Security Officer

The Job

• Be part of a team of officers to maintain the security & safety of our Company’s premises
• Operate security equipment such as personal transporter, metal detector and CCTV surveillance system

Requirements

• At least a Secondary education and be able to read and write in English
• Be computer literate
• Physically fit, mentally alert, resourceful and able to communicate effectively
• Previous work experience with the Police / Armed Forces or similar work in a multi-national company would be an advantage
• A team worker and willing to work 3 rotating shifts and odd hours at any of our centres located at Jurong or Toa Payoh North

Post Name: Technician / Senior Technician (Times Properties)

The Job

• Check and fix mechanical and electrical installations in large office buildings
• Carry out routine and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance in the buildings
• Carry out maintenance and repairs to building fabrics and troubleshoot plumbing / sanitary services
• Supervise contractors for repair and maintenance works
• Respond and attend to tenant / user requests
• Familiar with Building Automation System

Requirements

• NTC 3 or NTC in Mechanical or Electrical Fittings and Installations
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical services
• Must be prepared to work 3 shifts, including Public Holidays

The Job

• Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
• Guide subscribers on digital publications
• Handle email correspondences
• Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions
• Able to interact with customers on digital support channels in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Familiar with social media channels and platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, chat bots).
• Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilient
• Passionate about customer service

Working hours

• Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm. Overtime may be required on weekdays during the subscription drive.
• Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8 am to 12.30 pm (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)
