Job Scope:
* To answer and resolve customer’s enquirer in a timely and effective manner
* To provide solutions and sound advice that will ensure customers’ satisfaction
* To record and update customers’ records
Job Requirements:
* Higher NITEC and above
* Strong command of English and able to converse with Mandarin/ Malay/ Tamil speaking clients
* Good listening skills
* Work on alternate Saturdays
* Singaporean only
