Job Scope:
To answer and resolve customer’s enquirer in a timely and effective manner
To provide solutions and sound advice that will ensure customers satisfaction
To record and update customers records
Job Requirements:
Higher NITEC and above.
Strong command of English and able to converse with Mandarin/ Malay/ Tamil speaking clients.
Good listening skills.
Work on alternate Saturdays.
Singaporean only.
