St Josephs Home hiring for Night Resident Care Assistant

St Josephs Home requires Night Resident Care Assistant for Dusk-to-Dawn -an overnight respite service for persons with Dementia.

Compensation & Benefits:-

• Minimum Salary from $1850.00 and upwards, to be commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
• Additional Night allowance of $10.00 per night worked

Job Descriptions:-

• Engage seniors to participate in an array of activities, specially tailored in the night to morning hours
• Assist to plan for outings

Job Requirements:-

• NITEC/N/o level or Certificate in Healthcare/Home care Support
• Able to converse with dialect speaking residents
• Need to care for female residents
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in caring for elderly persons
• Work hours per week: 44 hours from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am for 5 nights, Monday to Friday
• Job trial of 3 to 5 nights will be arranged for selected candidate.
