Stephenson MK Trust is an organization committed to supporting young people who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream secondary provision (Bridge Academy) and specialist secondary provision for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (Stephenson Academy). Post Name: Teachers

Salary: Teacher’s Main Pay Scale £22,917 – £33,824

•  Maths/Science teacher Maternity Cover, either October 2018, or January 2019 start.
• We are looking for an inspirational teacher, with the ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students to join our team temporarily, for the 2018-2019 academic year.
• Applicants may be Maths or Science teachers, but be willing to teach both subjects across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. You will have excellent communication skills, a pedagogical approach grounded in Quality First Teaching and aspirational standards to ensure the students at Stephenson Academy develop holistically and achieve their potential, becoming valued contributors to their community.

Post Name: IT Assistant
Salary: £23,013 – £26,025 (FTE), actual salary £22,084 – £24,974 per annum 37 hours per week, 44 weeks, Monday to Friday (term-time)

Post Name: Teaching Assistant
Salary: £17,624-£21,424 (FTE), actual salary £15,014 – £18,251 per annum 37 hours per week, 39 weeks, Monday to Friday (term-time)
