Post Name: Office Admin Co-Ordinator
Fixed 24-Month Administration Contract
We are seeking an experienced Office Admin Co-Ordinator. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
The position will be a fixed 24-month contract starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of a joint roll thereafter.
You will be a motivated, detail orientated team player who can learn on the job and who has excellent communication and time management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation.
- Weekly payroll
- Phone / email management
- Fleet management
- Ordering of supplies
- Team support
The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
- Previous experience in administration
- Ability to organize, multitask and priorities
- Attention to detail
- Confidently work with financials
- Familiar with using Xero
