Post Name: Office Admin Co-Ordinator

Fixed 24-Month Administration Contract

We are seeking an experienced Office Admin Co-Ordinator. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

The position will be a fixed 24-month contract starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of a joint roll thereafter.

You will be a motivated, detail orientated team player who can learn on the job and who has excellent communication and time management skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation.
• Weekly payroll
• Phone / email management
• Fleet management
• Ordering of supplies
• Team support

The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

• Previous experience in administration
• Ability to organize, multitask and priorities
• Attention to detail
• Confidently work with financials
• Familiar with using Xero
