Ta Ann Holdings Berhad seeking for HR Manager, Engineer and Chief Mechanic

Ta Ann Holdings Berhad are an established group of companies engaged in plywood, sawmilling, bgging and plantation business and would like to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:-

Post Name:- Human Resource Manager

Location:- (To be based in Sibu Office)

Responsibilities:-

•  To handle the full spectrum of human resource functions including talent and succession management, manpower planning & recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee welfare & relations
• Familiar in Industrial Relation matters including staff disciplinary procedures, domestic inquiry and staff grivanoes.
• Implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements;-

•  Possess degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• More than 5 years working experience in similar capacity
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well versed in Employment and Industrial Relations Act
• Good command of oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer Literate, preferably with experience in handling payroll system & servers
• Good people management skills.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality

Post Name:- Steam Engineer

Location:- (To be based in CPO Mill)

Requirements:-

•  Possess Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in CPO mill
• Fluent in English with good technical report writing skills
• Possess Second Grade steam certificate of competence with good knowledge in the operations and maintenance of steam boilers and related equipments
• Able to manage and lead a team of mill personnel to achieve company goals and targets

Post Name:- Chief Mechanic / Assistant Chief Mechanic

Location:- (To be based in Oil Palm Estate)

Requirements:-

•  Posses 5 -10 years working experience in related field
• Must have good technical knowledge in the repair & maintenance of genset, mini agriculture tractor, Hitachi & Hino heavy machineries.
• Must be willing to be based at plantation site.
