Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR services in the areas of recruitment, selection, training & development employee welfare administration and retention.
• Lead HR programs and strategies in support of the organization.
• Analyze HR reports to proactively detect patterns and provide recommendations for business improvement.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Maintain and oversee HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure that all personnel information is properly & accurately captured, effectively managed and maintained at all times.
• Streamline HR policies & procedures.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on human resource policies, procedures and regulatory compliance issues in an appropriate manner.
• Manage employee grievances/complaints and conduct necessary investigations to find amicable solution.
• Stay abreast of ERA and drive continuous improvement for the organization.
• Facilitate the development and execution of significant enhanced talent management and retention strategies processes to build on current practices of attracting and retaining world-class trend

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
• 7- 10 years of experience in a senior role in HRM, inclusive of managing and developing HR team.
• Must possess OHS certification – Modules 1 – 5
• Accredited Trainer
• Knowledge on HR Systems and Databases.
• Highly developed skills in leadership, communication (written and verbal), coordination, time management, analysis and problem solving.
• An established ability to cultivate relationships and partnerships internally and externally at all organizational levels, proficient in leadership, influential skills and adept in designing, implementing and leading change management initiatives.
