The service provides the care and support to meet the needs as required by the community. We are based in the beautiful Kaikoura region of the South Island where the mountains meet the sea.

Whanau Ora COVID-19 Nurse Full Time Job Vacancies at Te Tai O Marokura New Zealand

Post Name: Whanau Ora COVID-19 Nurse

Full Time Position 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate
• Ability to work within a Kaupapa Maori framework
• Current driver’s license
• Up to date COVID vaccinations (as per the MOH COVID mandate)
• Authorized vaccinator certificate
• To be able to work autonomously, also as part of the Te Tai O Marokura team, the wider community and other health providers.

District nursing experience and knowledge of long term conditions would be an advantage.

The successful applicant needs to be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be competent with reporting and maintaining contractual obligations.
