Position 1: Senior Field Conductor

• Ensure all work including planting, manuring, spraying, pruning, maintenance, harvesting and other field assignments are carry out in an efficient and timely manner.
• Co-ordinate and execute work activities and tasks with the Estate’s mandores, suppliers and contractors by ensuring that the work specifications, quantity and standards are met.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher.
• At least 5 years of working experience in oil palm plantation sector.
