The Langley Concrete Group of Companies, a family owned enterprise with over 60 years history, is seeking a highly motivated person to fill the position of Human Resources Manager working as part of our successful Management team located in Chilliwack, BC.

Post Name:- Human Resources Manager

We require someone who can become the Gatekeeper of our well established employee engagement culture and enhance positive working relationships with all employees. To this end this position is responsible for the policies, procedures, activities and development of our workplace environment.

Must enjoy working in a casual supportive environment with substantial constructive feedback.

Minimum requirements:-

• Minimum completion of UFV or equivalent Human Resources certificate program
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• Previous experience in coaching, counselling, life skills coaching, skills of helping
