The Spring Post Name:- Technician

Job Responsibilities:-

•  Carry out daily maintenance works for mechanical and electrical systems as per preventive maintenance checklist and schedule.
• Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc.
• Coordinate with contractor in maintaining the drainage pump, grease trap and sewage manhole.
• Inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.
• Carry out any necessary building related work such as Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, Metal, Glazing, drainage, piping plumbing and etc.
• Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.
• Data entry for PPM (Plan Preventive Maintenance) system on daily, weekly & monthly checklist routine.

Job Requirements:-

•  Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate.
• Preferably with working experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
• Candidate who is certified wireman/charge man will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate.
