General Clerk Cum Receptionist jobs at Timber Land Group:

• Minimum SPM
• Courteous with pleasant and good phone etiquette
• Must be able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate (Microsoft words, Excel)

Admin Assistant:

• Minimum SPM
• Must be able to read / converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience, ideally in construction line
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and knowledge of bookkeeping

Accountant

• Degree in Accounting or partial / full Professional Qualification in ACCA / CPA / MIA
• At least 3 to 5 years accounting working experience in housing development, construction and property
• Auditing experience would be an added advantage
• Able to handle full set of accounts and finalize year-end closing of accounts
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Computer literate and familiar with UBS Software

Account Executive

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience, ideally in construction line
• Able to handle full set of accounts and finalize year-end closing of accounts
• Computer literate and familiar with UBS Software

Account Assistant(2 Positions)

• Minimum SPM / book-keeping certificate / LCCI or equivalent
• Must be able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience, ideally in construction line
• Computer literate (Microsoft words, Excel) and able to use UBS Accounting System

Customer Service Cum Sales Representative / Marketing Executive

• At least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to read / converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Purchasing Officer

• At least 1 to 2 years working experience in construction line
• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Must be able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate (Microsoft words, Excel)
