Post Name:- 1.BA XIAN Manager (Chinese Dining)
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Chinese dining room.
Responsibilities:-
- Create and implement promotional activities to achieve the budgeted revenue
- Propose menu, event and promotion pricing
- Prepare and achieve outlet’s budget
- Develop, train and maintain the highest level of service quality
Requirements:-
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or its equivalent. Candidates are required to have excellent understanding of food and beverage management and wine knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills are requisites.

The successful candidate will handle and follow up on all reservations/catering-related enquiries and leads.
Requirements:-
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level

The successful candidate will be part of the team of Fitness Instructors responsible for providing Personal Training guidance, motivation and fitness assessments to Members utilising the Fitness Centre. He/She is also responsible for the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the exercise equipment and facilities.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Possess SSC recognized Fitness Instructor Certification (FrC) or equivalent,
- preferably with fitness/ gym management experience
Able to perform shift duty - Well- organized and disciplined with pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Post Name:- 4.Junior Sous Chef (Buffet Preparation)
- Assist in cooking, planning and control of food preparation for assigned sections in kitchen
- Assist in supply ordering and inventory control in the western Kitchen
- Maintain good hygiene and cooking practices
Requirements:-
- Minimum Secondary education with relevant experience in the culinary or banquet
- A dynamic personality who is able to work under pressure
- Creative in F&B promotions and banqueting
