This is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity for an outstanding administrative professional to provide support to our Finance and Pacific Operations function.

Job Location: Fiji

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a conscientious individual with previous experience in administration. You must have sound judgement, attention to detail, an outstanding attitude and communication style. Your previous experience will demonstrate your high literacy and numeracy skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service for the following:-

•  Action procurement needs
• Tracking and processing of payments to vendors and agents
• Process VAT and other Statutory Returns
• Reconciliation of various monthly reports
• Daily collection, review and collating of loss adjusting data
• Other administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have the following:-

•  Completed high school education
• High level numeric literacy and Excel knowledge
• High levels of accuracy, speed and attention to detail
• High levels of computer literacy and data entry skills
• Well-developed skill for complex problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Quality service orientation
