Post Name: Division Manager, Logistics & Services
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Division Manager heads the company’s Logistics & Services Division, which currently has a workforce of more than 200 staff. The primary role of this position is to manage the overall operations of the Division in the provision of waste management services, including overseeing the Company’s truck maintenance operations.
Duties:

• Manage the Division’s annual operating plan and implement Company strategies for continuous improvement and maximum operational efficiencies.
• Manage the Division’s budget and cost with periodical reporting including inventory accuracy and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with all operating guidelines, laws and regulations. Develop, manage and reinforce the Division’s operating policies and procedures.
• Manage the selection, contracting and implementation of third party logistics providers.
• Maintain strong business relationships with customers and business partners.
• Mentor and support the implementation of initiatives that improve safety performance by participating in safety evaluations and by developing / implementing corrective action plans.
  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/General Management / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering or similar discipline with at least ten (10) years work experience in a related industry at a managerial level.
• Customer-driven approach, with excellent people management and analytical problem solving skills. Self-driven and proactive with strong implementation skills.
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to carry out public presentations in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in an ISO certified and mandatory HSE compliance work environment would be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel.
