Country Managers Job Vacancy at UPR United Power & Resources Pte Ltd Singapore

Post Name: Country Managers

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand businesses that require power generators, load banks & transformers for projects.
2. Foster & maintain relationships with Company’s existing clientele.
3. Prepare and present technical proposal for temporary power supply systems to potential clients in various industries.
4. Deliver results & meet performance indicators set forth by the Company.
5. Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts and communicate with the Management.
6. Manage projects and business secured.
7. Manage the subsidiary entity with regular reporting to its Singapore head office.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering or Instrumentation and Automation, Mechanical/ Power Engineering/ Automotive Engineering.
2. Candidate with Business Administration and Accounting background will be an added advantage.
3. Candidate without the above qualifications but with the necessary experience in electrical power distribution & knowledge in the relevant fields will be considered.
4. Preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years job experience in one of these industries: Marine Offshore, shipyard, power Generation, M & E, Utilities.
5. Results oriented with both spoken and written communications skills.

The Company provides an attractive salary package that commensurate with qualifications and experience. Company may provide additional incentives for outstanding performance. Housing and transport allowances will be provided. Half-yearly return to UPR office in Singapore for consultation.
