University of Bedfordshire, are looking for a Senior Information Assistant to contribute to the provision of an effective library service at our Bedford campus library out of standard office hours. The ideal candidate would be from a customer service background with management skills in managing a service team. You will provide excellent customer service and lead on delivering a high quality service. You will also take responsibility for a range of library service tasks as well as managing a small team of Information Assistants and be responsible for the library building and staffing Reader Services’ service points, whether accessed in person, or by telephone. You will work 36 weeks over teaching year on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 18.00 to 22.00 and on Sundays from
10.45
to
16.45.
