The Company has the vacancy for the post of Corporate Executive Secretary at Rusayl Industrial Estate for Omani Nationals only.

Post Name:- Corporate Executive Secretary

The following are the Job Responsibilities;-

•  Coordinate executive communication, including calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
• Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place.
• Maintain an organized filing system and Up hold a strict level of confidentiality and develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client.

Experience:- 3-5 Years of related experience of Secretary to CEO/Directors.

Qualification:- Higher Secondary Diploma / BBA in Administration.

Language: Excellent (oral and writing) in Arabic and English.

Nationality: Omani

Reporting to the CEO

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
