Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and efficient front line customer services face-to-face, over the phone and by email, including follow ups
• Prepare and disseminate quotations and proposals to customers
• Enter data efficiently into the company’s sales and financial systems
• Assisting in sales & marketing initiative & events

Skills and Competencies:

•  Front line customer services experience
• High organized and efficient
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Excellent communications skills
• Good listener

Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:-

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or similar, Fiji citizen or permanent resident, No criminal record.
