Caretaker Job Opening at Waimea Intermediate School, New Zealand

Post Name: Caretaker

Caretaker required for 40 hours per week, five days a week, term time only. Up to four / five additional weeks negotiable out of term time.
The successful applicant will have experience in managing and maintaining property. They will be able to demonstrate clear communication skills, prioritise tasks, be aware of and follow health and safety regulations. The person will be committed to the schools values and enjoy being around young adults, and work collaboratively with their colleagues and contractors.
