Warwick Fiji invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the above-mentioned position.

Interested candidates for the above position must have minimum three (3) years’ experience as Executive Sales — Weddings in a hotel or resort and must have the following attributes and experience:

Attributes and Experience:-

•  Tertiary education / qualification Degree or Diploma in hospitality management from a recognized institute with proven background in wedding organization within a Hotel/Resort style venue.
• Must have prior knowledge of Wedding Industry and Events Management.
• Manage the efficient responses to all weddings related enquiries where possible.
• Must approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Conduct a professional, thorough site inspection of the resort with clients, exhibiting key features and benefits of the Resort.
• Must be able to work long hours when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer service with guests and employees.
• Must be stylish, innovative and eye for detail.
• Highly developed interpersonal / communicative skills.
• Must be computer (MS Word, Power Point, and Opera) literate.
• Must be a team player and able to work with all levels of Management.
• Must have a clean police record.
