Post Name: General Manager

Warwick Hotels Fiji invites applications from potentially qualified and experienced individuals. The incumbent will need to be an enthusiastic, innovative team builder and motivator with demonstrable human relations skills gained over at least 10 years experience in a 4-5 star International standard hotel with 10 years at Executive level. A good knowledge of Sales and Marketing, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Hotel Engineering, Hospitality Training and Financial Management is essential.

Other prerequisites:-

•  Hands-on managerial style.
• Have a strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of business source markets and ability to drive business
• Ability of increasing GOP through effective cost control measures
• Ability to train and develop the management team
• Eye for detail with impeccable standards

Formal qualifications in the hotel industry and experience in Resort Hotels would be an advantage. Remuneration package and other benefits will be negotiated commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
