The successful applicant will

•  Manage the Human Resources function and statutory compliance of the College.
•  Initiate and lead Human Resources strategies and objectives that encourage a high-performance culture in line with the organizational goals and Mission of the College.
• Ensure the College is compliant in the areas of WHS, Child Protection and all non-curriculum policies.
• Have experience in Human Resources and compliance.
