Wenona seeks to appoint an outstanding Head of Upper School (Year 9 to Year 10) to join our thriving day and boarding School, which has remained at the forefront of girls’ education since its establishment in 1886. This newly created position will work closely with Principal, Dr Briony Scott and members of the Executive to develop an innovative Stage 5 program that creates identity and connection for all girls.

The Head of Upper School will be an accomplished leader, with an ability to work in partnership with students, staff and parents to ensure that student voice and agency shapes the culture of Upper School. They will provide leadership, vision and direction to a team of staff as Wenona transitions to a four-School structure within our overall K to 12 School. The appointee will be an exceptional communicator and a proven educational leader who seeks to provide an inspirational educational experience for every girl.
