Western Facilities Management is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fulfill the roll of Maintenance Manager in there team.

Post Name: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:-

Manage the engineering/maintenance operations of the company to ensure safety of all team members. Follow company standards and/or local regulatory requirements.

• Accountable for managing the maintenance team of 20 people across all trades.
• Liaise with clients with clear communication in both written and verbal.
• Conduct audits as and when required of properties and provide feedback to the owners.
• Assigns, tasks and follows up on status of work assigned to staff and sub-contractors.
• Maintain maintenance records for works carried out on site with the use of company maintenance program.
• Assist with invoicing and quoting as required

Previous experience:

• Purchasing and Materials Management
• Building and Construction Management
• Preventative and Reactive Maintenance
• Safety and Personal Protective Equipment
• Financial Management

Qualification that would be highly regarded

• Manual Driver’s License
• Quantity Surveying
• Trade Qualification – Electrical, Carpentry/ Joinery, Plumbing, HVAC
• Project Management OH&S Certificate I & II
• First Aid
