Post Names:- Technician / Senior Technician

•  Secondary school education with NTC / NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Building Maintenance
• Able to perform plumbing, sanitary maintenance and repair work
• Skilled in painting, masonry and carpentry work
• Experience in building maintenance
• Possess good interpersonal skills and must be able to work independently
• Preferably with relevant experience in similar capacity
• Able to perform shift duty including on weekends and public holidays

Post Names:- Security & Fire Safety Officers

(8-hour shift duty)

•  Secondary school education with NSRS / WSQ security certification
• Possess a valid security licence
• Able to read and write English
• Experience in commercial building
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts including on weekends and public holidays
