Wheelock Properties, Invites applications for the posts of Senior Technician and Security & Fire Safety Officers.

Post Name: Senior Technician (Handy Man)

1.  Secondary school education with NTC / NITEC / WSQ certification
2. Able to speak, read and write English
3. Able to perform plumbing, sanitary maintenance and repair work
4. Skilled in painting, masonry and carpentry work
5. Possess good interpersonal skills and must be able to work independently
6. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity

Post Name: Security & Fire Safety Officers (8-hour shift duty)

1.  Secondary school education with NSRS / WSQ security certification
2. Possess a valid security licence
3. Able to read and write English
4. Experience in commercial building
5. Able to perform 3 rotating shifts and works on weekends and public holidays
