WHO World Health Organization Job Vacancy for Senior Administrative Assistant

To support the WHO country Office in general administration, budget, finance, procurement, human resources through coordination and supervision of the administrative services Team.

Office of the Representative of the World Health Organization, Muscat, Oman.

Post Name:-Senior Administrative Assistant

Required Qualifications:-

•  Proficient in office management, secretarial and budgetary controls, accounting procedures and systems.
• Excellent time management and stress management skills.
• Ability to lead, direct and manage a team,
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with multi-cultural staff.
• Good knowledge of WHO/UN rules, manuals, practices, procedures and WHO Style Guide as applicable to the administrative level is an asset.
• Completed secondary education supplemented by secretarial communication. University degree in business administration, social sciences or related field is an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
• At least ten years progressive experience in programme administration and management, including a supervisory role.
• Very good knowledge of the English and Arabic languages. Knowledge of French is an asset.
