Williams and Gosling Limited Fiji’s leading logistics company invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the above position with appropriate skills, capabilities and the right attitude to join our Customs & Imports Department – Nadi Airport.

Post Name:- Customs Agent

Responsibilities include:-

•  Processing customs entry in Asycuda World system
• Verifying documents and Classification using HS codes
• Liaising with customers for clarification on documents and goods/ products
• Cargo examination
• Attending to queries raised by stakeholders (FRCS, BAR AFL)
• Working with Customer Service Team in ensuring timely customer service delivery
• Compiling of documents from stakeholders on behalf of clients
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager

Skills and Experience:-

•  A Diploma in Business Customs with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Customs Asycuda World system
• Familiar with Customs Act and regulations
• Have a valid driver’s Group 2 license (desirable)
• Ability to do shift work when required
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Proficient in general / desktop Microsoft applications.
