We currently have a great opportunity for the position of Admin/ Sales Coordinator based at our Wailekutu Depot reporting to the Packing & Removals Manager. The key function and purpose of this role is to interact with clients – both locally and overseas to provide solutions for their packing and removals requirements and responsible for overseeing the sales and administration coordination including quotations for all packing and relocation needs.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Conducting surveys as requested by clients
• Respond to queries from clients and staff – Calls and emails.
• Quotes for local, export and delivery and clearance of shipments.
• Maintain monthly reports in excel of the department stock and usage.
• Preparation of export/ import documentation
• Ensue pre-alerts are sent on time
• Attend to customer queries and maintain customer relationship
• Maintain regular customer service visits
• Billing of jobs once work is completed
• Carry out other duties which may be assigned to him on a daily basis.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Diploma Pass / Accreditation in business or sales
• 3 years’ experience & knowledge in the freight and logistics industry
• Basic Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
• Knowledgeable with the use of Microsoft office suite
• Mandatory Valid Group 2 Drivers License
