Join Guardforce Security Team. A highly trained and experienced team with 50 years of security experience in Fiji. We are the Premium Market Leaders in Security Protection. All shortlisted applicants will undergo a full interview, together with strict background checks. Selected applicants will undergo basic security training and other profiled training to meet specialized skill requirements as per the security needs of the industry.

Position Description:

• Supervisor Security Shift Operations
• Arrange guard and equipment posting to site
• Conduct guard and site welfare checks
• Prepare site incident reports
• Respond to alarm incidents when required
• Conduct site orientation and SOP briefing for new guards
• Address client concerns on security matters

Minimum Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to provide leadership and manage large and diverse teams
• Professional and disciplined presentation
• Clean Police Record
• Medically and physically fit
• Ability to work in shifts
• Valid Driver’s Licence 2 and 6 (manual)
• Experience in Military or Police work or have good understanding of security work will be an added advantage.
