In line with our expansion plan and growing team, WTK Group invites suitable and dynamic candidates with the right caliber for the following positions:

Post Name: Estate Manager (to be based in the estate)

• Minimum 7 years of working experience as Estate Manager in oil palm development
• Good spoken and written command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in good agricultural practices.
• Diligent, proactive, good people management and communication skills.
• Team player with strong leadership, able to manage estate operations.
• Computer literate is an added advantage.

Post Name: Divisional Manager / Assistant Manager (to be based in the estate)

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Divisional/Assistant Manager in oil palm development.
• Good spoken and written command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in good agricultural practices.

Post Name: Chief Clerk (to be based in the estate)

• At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience as Chief Cleric in oil palm plantation.
• Dynamic person with initiative, independent, and able to work in a challenging environment.
• Good spoken and written command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Post Name: Chief Mechanic / Mechanic (to be based in the estate)

• Minimum 5-10 years relevant working experience in maintenance and repairing of heavy machinery (i.e. Excavator, Bulldozer, lorry, etc.).

Post Name: Road Supervisor (To Be Based In Estate)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in maintenance and repairing of plantation roads.

Post Name: Storekeeper (to be based in the estate)

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in-stock inventory.

Post Name: Mill Engineer (to be based in palm oil mill)

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Post Name: Welder (to be based in palm oil mill)

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in welding works.
• Able to perform tasks assigned with minimum supervision.
