Administrative Assistant – Procurement job vacancies at Yaw Ngiap

Post Name: Administrative Assistant – Procurement
Job Responsibilities:

• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to perform purchase process
• Interact with internal and suppliers on a day to day basis
• Review and track deliveries against the delivery deadline
• Consolidate supplier invoices and prepare payment voucher for payment
• Other duties as assigned and when required

Job Requirement of Administrative Assistant – Procurement:

• Minimum GCE ‘0’ level/Higher Nitec with at least 1-year relevant purchasing experience
• Experience in SAP system will be an added advantage
• Singaporean Only
