Post Name: Quantity Surveyor Executive

Quantity Surveyor Executive Responsibilities:

• To assist in carrying out pre-contract and post contract activities.
• To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents
• To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to clients.
• To prepare and maintain subcontractor’s Workmen Compensation. Insurance All Risks and Performance Bond.
• To take off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities.
• To assist in purchase and control of construction materials for the company.
• Willingness to travel to sites.

Quantity Surveyor Executive Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCad.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Candidates must be hardworking, diligent and able to work independently.

Post Name: Site Piping Supervisor

Responsibilities of Site Piping Supervisor:

• Designing and building the piping system.
• Develop of piping standard according to project requirements.
• Ensure that piping installation activities are compliance with drawings & specifications.
• Liaise closely with sub-contractors & customer to understand their requirements and needs.
• Troubleshoot piping layout.
• Responsible for piping technical support and solve piping technical issues at site.

Requirements of Site Piping Supervisor:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Pipe Filter / Main slayer / Civil Engineering.
• Owing Lesen Penyambung / Pemasang Paip are all welcomed.
• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
• Candidates must be hardworking, diligent & able to work independently
