• Professional qualification in Risk Management
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Seasoned professional with a senior management experience in the financial services industry in line management and/or consulting role
• Experience of dealing with regulatory authority in all ME countries
• Managing operations risk and compliance in a multi-national, financial services business

Post Name: Head of IT

• Degree in IT
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT function and having 5+ years of experience in managing the IT function
• Strong insurance domain knowledge particularly in the general insurance sector
• Expertise in core system implementation project
• Ability to drive digital transformation and experience in managing digital transformation
• Knowledge on Project Management, Cyber Risk, ITIL and COBIT process is a must

Post Name: Financial Controller

• Qualified accounting professional
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services sector
• Relevant senior finance management experience in a limited company and/or regulated business
• Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective financial control environment in a multinational, commercial context
• Strong knowledge in accounting, financial and internal control, IFRS and preparation of financial statements
• Experience in the insurance sector will be an advantage
