The Australian Childhood Foundation has a strong reputation for delivery of therapeutic services, professional training and secondary consultation.
The Foundation, in partnership with Southern Cross University, have been contracted by NSW FACS to establish an Independent resource Centre that will translate contemporary knowledge into practice to support the Implementation of Its vision for the NSW Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) reforms.

The Foundation is now seeking to recruit an energetic professional with experience in transforming practice at a system wide level. The Manager of the Centre for Excellence in Therapeutic Care will have skills in translating evidence into practice, leading and managing positive stakeholder relationships and supporting initiatives which will track the evolution of the system as well as Influence the outcomes each of the ITC providers and the system as a whole. The Manager will report to the Executive Team of the Foundation and lead the strategic and operational evolution of the Centre from the outset.

Job Type: (Full time)
The Foundation is also seeking to recruit a professional with experience in translating knowledge into practice through training, policy and research analysis and development of learning opportunities. The Senior Policy and Training Officer will develop critical advisory resources and provide support and consultation to Therapeutic Specialists and ITC operational leadership.
