Chanel Home of Compassion seeking for Nurse Manager

A Nurse Manager is required to oversee daily operations of Chanel Home of Compassion, Tamavua, Suva, Fiji. Accountable to the Home’s Board of Management, the ideal candidate will have strong planning and organizational skills, an eye for detail, and will lead by example. A current practice certificate is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that the Mission and Values of the Sisters of Compassion is preserved.

• Supervising staff at all levels and setting clear objectives
• Planning tasks, rostering staff, and allocating responsibilities to achieve maximum operating efficiency
• Maintaining financial and administrative controls
• Communicating effectively with residents and their families, staff, volunteers and all stakeholders
• Overseeing property maintenance and renovations
• Enforcing strict compliance with health and safety standards
