Duties:

1. Advice employers on safety measures at the workplace, check the workplace, investigate any accident, assist the employer or Safety Heath Committee (SHC) in organizing and Implementing occupational safety and health programs at work.
2. Serving as a secretary in SHC, assisting SHC in the workplace inspection, collecting, analyzing and maintaining statistics on accidents, dangerous events, occupational poisoning or occupational illness occurring at work
3. Assisting any officer to implement safety requirements, carry out any relevant work of the OSH and prepare reports on the activities of the OSH carried out.

1. Assist the management team by maintaining a safe and hazard-free environment by working with the administration team to strengthen compliance with procedures and rules. Identify and report unsafe actions or conditions to management officers.
2. Coordinate training activities for all new and existing contract employees or employees. Monitor the effectiveness of the training program and advise management staff on any deficiencies.
3. Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the project, conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provide advice and counseling for all non-compliances.
4. Formulate and implement project HSSE management plan including traffic management plan and SOP or SWI in accordance with the company’s HSE Policy, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and comply with all relevant Malaysian legal regulations.
5. To assist in obtaining all required government permits, licenses and permits and liaise with relevant authorities – DOSH, DOE, NREB, PSD, etc.

1. Prepare Interim Payment Certificate and payment to subcontractors & suppliers.
2. Draft tor Sub-contract, work order, purchase order, letters etc.
3. Participate in negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Cost comparison and preparation of BOQ.
5. Other works under Commercial & Contracts Dept and Procurement Dept
6. Assist to procure / rent materials and equipment inducing logistics

1. Set up for the Laboratory including the procuring and installation at testing equipment or instruments needed.
2. Test all the material as the testing frequency specified in the JKR standard or specification or by the client or S.O
3. Ensure all the testing record are witnessed and signed by S.O or client correctly. Submit the test result and record to S.O or client on time. Keep the hard copy of all testing record properly and registered in a master list for record.
4. Update the lab working progress for the monthly progress report.
5. Keep all the testing machine, equipment or instruments in good status of calibration, update progressively.
6. Reply and close all the NCR or Observation report from S.O or client on time.

1. Assist and report to the Quality Engineer/Manager.
2. Assist the Quality Engineer / Manager to establish the quality system and quality procedure of the project as ISO 9001.
3. Assist the Quality Engineer / Manager to update the POP and procedure as requested by the SPC or client.
4. Inspect and test all the materials as requested by the standard and specification before delivered to site, before construction and installation.
5. Raise RFI to invite client, site supervisor and construction PIC for site inspection and testing.
6. Conduct the site inspection and testing together with the client, site supervisor and site construction PIC.
7. Ensure the client, site supervisor and construction PIC to sign all the checklist properly after inspection.
8. Finish RFI compilation scan and transfer to DC for submission to client officially.
9. Working together with construction team to finish the rectification work and dose the NCR.

1. Undertake land/topographic / building / road / bridge & other structure surveys using a variety of specialist equipment and technology such as RTK or Total Station.
2. Analyze data using plans, maps, charts and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programme.
3. Prepare survey reports and drawings, selling out according to shop drawings.

Qualifications:

1. Have a Diploma in any field
   Have a Green Book
2. Have a Diploma in any field
   Have a Yellow Book
3. Degree, major in Law or Construction Management
4. Diploma or equivalent in construction material testing
5. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
6. Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma in Land Surveying / Surveying Science & Geomatic or equivalent

Experience:

1. At least 5 year (s) of working experience in any related construction industry, with good organizational skills
2. At least 2 year (s) of working experience in any related construction industry, with good organizational skills.
3. At least 5 years related working experience in construction industry especially in civil infrastructure works
4. 1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field and good communication skills 2. Familiar with relevant test specifications and procedures
5. 1-3 years of experience in the related field
   Familiar with highway construction process and QC control points
   Familiar with ISO9001: 2015 QMS
6. Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor is preferred 6) 3-5 years of working experience in the related field

Wages:

1. RM 5,000 – RM8,000 / month
2. RM3,000 – RM4,500/ month
3. RM3,500 – RM4,500 / month
4. RM8,000 – RM10,000/ month
5. RM2,500 – RM3,500 / month
6. RM3,500 – RM4,500 / month

Allowances:

1. Fixed monthly travelling allowance of RM 100.00
2. Fixed monthly mobile phone allowance of RM 100.00
3. Meet allowance RM 20 per day according to work attendance
